The work continues down in Tawd Valley Park. Earlier in the week, its was an afternoon of getting muddy and wet as we got our hands stuck in with a river rubbish clean-up . A small FoTV team got to work at the bottom of Yewdale, removing copious amounts of discarded litter and large items from the river Tawd and its banks. Items pulled out included shopping trolleys, pedal bikes and a eScooter. The groups efforts are helping to keep the valley clean and tidy for both its wildlife and for the local community.
Towards the end of the week, WLBC Ranger Chris and the Team Tawd troupe got to work with the renovation of some of the valleys footpaths and the installation of a channel to divert rainwater under it. Absolutely fantastic stuff!
